The new Aiden® hotels brand operated by CIC Hospitality A/S, a leading hotel operator group, onboards Buddy, the AI emotional robot to help create great and memorable guest experiences.

After walking through the front door, the guest is greeted by Buddy and is then presented with options on its touchscreen, such as information about the hotel, best nearby places, drink order service

The guest can indicate if help is needed from a live person, and then a staff member is able to connect remotely and appear within the robot thank to the telepresence feature. 

In the lobby, Buddy can proactively call guests over for a unique interaction, encouraging them to learn more about the hotel services, help them find their way to the restaurant, spa, or provide dinner recommendations 

Buddy is also a perfect source of entertainment, delighting guests with a few of its favorite pastimes: dancing, chatting and posing for selfies, offering enjoyable and memorable moments for guests of all ages that will keep them coming back for more!

CIC Hospitality’s strategy is to focus on best-in-class cost management and innovative solutions

In response to the growing demand for streamlined processes and efficient guest services, CIC Hospitality has decided to integrate groundbreaking technologies such as robots into the daily operations of its hotels to bring a truly unique and modern experience 

CIC Hospitality deployed since last august the Buddy robots in three Aiden hotels (Lolland, Herning and Stockholm City) for a pilot program, with the aim to include them at all 30 new Aiden hotels coming soon in Scandinavia.  

Blue Frog Robotics expects CIC Hospitality will place its Buddy Robot in other hotels it owns throughout the world after the testing phase is completed.
